  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns.

  • Anthropic (the assistant inside the platform: what you type into it is processed to generate a reply, and is not used to train anyone's models)
  • Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite or Constant Contact, where a gallery has connected one, to add subscribers to that gallery's own mailing list
  • Google Analytics

3.2 With Your Consent: We may share information when you direct us to do so.

3.3 For Legal Purposes: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

3.4 Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

3.5 Public Content: Information you make public on the platform (such as artwork in public shows) may be visible to anyone.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data:
